The process for saving a favourite contact depends on your vehicle. On some models, you can touch the Star icon behind the phone number in your contacts list. On other models, you can press and hold an empty favourite space in the bar at the top of the screen.
From your centre display, navigate to the Contacts menu. From there you can manually re-sync your contacts.
To find out if your vehicle has this feature, contact your dealer or refer to your vehicle’s equipment list. Please check your Owner’s Manual for more information about features.
